Hello friends,

As you may have noticed, neither Mary nor I have posted for some time.  The unfortunate reason for this is that Cameroon is undergoing an uncommon period of political unrest between the French-speaking South (the seat of Government) and the English-speaking North (the major source of agriculture).  To prevent the dissemination of controversial statements, the internet has been disconnected to the Northern region.  Mbingo hospital has been granted permission to continue having the internet so long as Facebook and Whatsapp are disabled.  There has been some violence and other concerning events; as this site may be monitored, I do not want to say any more.  The hospital where we are usually based does not have access to any internet, hence our recent lack of all electronic communication.  Please pray for the country and that they are able to resolve this issue soon, and peacefully.
