One down, one to go

 Mary and I both received our first COVID-19 vaccine shots last week.  We are due for another at the end of  January.  We don't take likely that we are extraordinarily privileged to be among the first group to get this vaccine.  We are used to thinking of the duty and special trust given to us by our patients in individual interactions; with the vaccination we have a greater societal duty to provide care.  

If in a few months from now we all turn into zombies or hemocytes, please disregard the first paragraph--failing that, we're grateful.
